These terms govern your use of nextgensoft.co.in and of Adhyan 360 and Inventory Pro, provided by Nextgen Software solutions, trading as NextGenSoft ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
We offer a free trial of 15 days. At the end of the trial, you can request a quote to continue.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login details safe, and for everything done under your account, including by your staff.
Fees are set out in the quote we give you. Payment terms are agreed with you before you pay.
You own the records you enter into the products. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Do not use the products for anything unlawful, try to break or bypass their security, copy or resell them without our written permission, or upload content you have no right to use.
We own the software, design and branding of our products. You receive a limited right to use them for your own business while these terms apply.
We work to keep the products available and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Support is provided during business hours.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the products at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at the location of our registered office.
