Nextgen Software solutions, trading as NextGenSoft ("we", "us"), builds Adhyan 360 and Inventory Pro for small businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit nextgensoft.co.in, contact us or use our products.
Details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and business name, when you request a demo, start a free trial or contact us. Records that you and your staff enter into our products. Basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
To reply to your requests, set up trials and accounts, provide and support the products, send service messages, improve what we build and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal information.
Records you enter into Adhyan 360 or Inventory Pro, such as student, customer, stock and billing details, belong to you. We process them only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to collect that information from your own students and customers.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the products, when the law requires it, or with your consent.
We use access controls and regular backups to protect information. We keep it for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal duties, then delete or anonymise it.
